What I Do
I PLAN! The key to any successful project is in the planning.
I am responsible for complete Project Planning, including development, coordination, communication, processes, compliance and budget control.
My primary aim is to meet my client's objectives in a timely manner, within their budgets.
Each client has an individual way of working and different amounts of internal capacity/support. I am flexible in my approach to managing projects and will work alongside my clients as much or as little as they require me to. More specifically, I liaise with the Client, Contractors, Landlords, Building Control, Planning Departments, and other 3rd parties. I also assist with CDM Compliance.
I manage a variety of projects, from small local retailers, residential refurbishments and bespoke projects, to large multiples, including flagship stores as well as new design rollouts.
I specialise in projects in travel locations such as airports and stations.
Any business must consider not only the safety of its employers but of its customers too!
Health and safety compliance has us all jumping through hoops. Unfortunately, it’s mandatory by law. Failure to keep on top of regulations can result in hefty fines, and reputational damage.

Organising relevant Accredited Training Courses for office and retail store staff
Spot Checks to Stores with a written report of findings and suggestions for improvement
CDM Updates and Assistance for Clients, Designers and Contractors.
I can act as your Health and Safety ‘competent’ person, or assist with any one-off projects.
I am a NEBOSH General Certificate holder and an IOSH Associate member.
